This is probably the most adorable section of my Extended Sig <3. The type that makes you squeal "Kawaii!" (if you're the squealing type). I'm a sucker for such cute pixels that this section just kept on growing and growing, until it merited its own page, and finally, I had to make it multipage, like the Closet ^^. Please keep your hands inside the vehicle at all times. With the exception of my pet lolitas, please do not feed the pets :P Yes, please feed and play with my pet lolitas. They love company <3. Yes, the Adopteds is multi-page

This here is Joeye, my first interactive (and initially most expensive) pet. She's a spin-off of the Rejected Material avatar edit store, which was a great hit because the clothes there are awesome. I found the pet store right after it opened, and I figured I should order one right away before it becomes too deluged with customers. I was right, because now, the place is hardly open and there's a lot of people waiting to place their orders >.< Joeye is one of the first limited dolls, which cost 6,000g, as opposed to the regular 2,000g (now the regulars went up to 5,000g, though ^^;). Her edition was the first one to run out of and is now discontinued. Boy, did I scramble to put together 6k for her ^^ Methinks it was worth it :) This here is a bishie named Teve. Ayup, he's my second (and currently most expensive) pet. While after the intial limited releases, Uziraff and NoFlutter, the store owners, decided to raise the prices so they can decrease the load of pet lolitas on their server. The new limiteds, Teve's model, went for 15k o.o I waffled a bit at first, and I initially thought Teve's model was sold out. When I found out that there are actually two left, I hung around and waited for the store to open. I was barely able to pounce on Teve, who is the last of his model available ^^; He's just so cute <3 I think he and Joeye make a cute couple <3 I also scrambled to get the gold for him. Like with Joeye, I sold a donation letter to make ends meet ^_~ This is another bishie named Leo ^^ He was part of the Harry Potter limited set, released to celebrate the release of Book 6. I happened to be around when the shop was opened with them, so I managed to snag the second (too bad I wasn't first). I initially decided not to get anymore pet lolitas after Teve, but Leo's just too hot for me to pass up. I kinda figured it won't be bad to invest gold in pet lolita bishies ^^ He's from Slytherin. Who cares? He's hot ^^ Unlike Joeye, Teve, and Leo, Darkin here is not a limited pet lolita. He's one of the unlimited male pet lolitas, meaning we can buy the likes of him anytime, as long as the shop is open. Usually I don't go for unlimiteds. Having limiteds make me feel unique and special and... yes, well-off. And at first, Darkin's clothes didn't appeal to me. But I think his eyes won me over. He has these glittering blue eyes that I find myself looking at a lot. Finally, I caved and bought him when the shop remained open for a while. I was eagerly waiting for him to be delivered. The trade went unanswered for months, until finally, it was cancelled. My guess is that uziraff got a lot of orders when he left the shop open for a long time, and he just cancelled the ones he couldn't get to. When the shop re-opened, I was one of the first people who put in an order. I ordered Darkin again. This time, the order was filled in less than a day. I can't believe I pined away for an unlimited much more than for a limited. After the whole fiasco with Darkin, I decided it's best if I place an order for a pet lolita immediately after the shop is opened. Being afraid that I won't be able to, I asked a good friend to place an order for me. She's much more of a pet lolita fanatic than me, and she succeeded in being one of the first people to place an order. At the time, the kimono pet lolitas were released. Uziraff decided not to limit them and allowed people to order them as long as the shop is open. When the shop closed, the model was discontinued. I had misgivings about getting another female pet lolita. I really wanted an all-male harem ^^. But in the end, like with all my pets, I'm glad I got her. |

I see the Tahnee Orphanage in the minishops forum all the time, but it's always closed. At first, I thought it was closed permanently, and that people are just chatting in the thread. When I finally took a look, I saw that it sells these really cute human-animal characters. The artwork is just amazing (courtesy of Reyn), and you can customize the color of your Tahnee (by hex codes ^^). Tahnees are in high demand. I didn't realize this until the orphanage released the dog set. There was a set opening date and a set number of slots, and once the shop opened, the orders poured in. All slots were filled a minute after the store opened O.O (and I thought I had a chance to get a slot even if I come in over an hour later...how naive I was XD). I stalked the shop for a while and was around when it opened five slots. I was too slow at the draw, though, and I came in seventh. Finally, Reyn opened 30 slots with a pre-announcement (sometimes the shop opens with an announced date and time. Sometimes it just opens. It stays open until all set slots are filled) ^^ I was so excited then. My order came in seventh (again), but now it got a slot ^^ That's how I got Izumi and Aine here ^^ Izumi is a name for one of my OCs, but the Tahnee Izumi has the looks of another OC ^^ I guess I just like that name a lot :) If a dog Tahnee order has two or more children in it, we can get a free dog plushie with it ^^ This plushie is based on Aine's colors. I really don't know what to call her. The name Noni comes to mind, for Anonymous XD Okies, her name is Noni, then XD
Reyn and her shopkeepers had these Tahnee Valentine minis on sale from Feb. 1 to Feb. 14, 2006. They're open everyday to take 15 orders, and believe me, those 15 slots are taken up within a minute of the opening. I kid you not. I managed to get these little guys on the first day, kinda making up for the fact that I missed the first day of the dog Tahnee release xD. Again, I was seventh. Go figure. Aidan and Arwen are names of my two original characters. Actually, Arwen's true colors are exemplified by Hazuki. I envisioned her to have much paler skin. Aidan and Arwen are twins, so there's a lot of similarities between them. I was more simple with colors this time, choosing the main colors like pink and gold instead of the uniquely-named color spinoffs like cerulean and goldenrod xD. And this is the second set of Tahnee Valentine minis I have purchased from the Tahnee orphanage, on their second day. This event is a little novel for me, as I've never made it to more than one Tahnee flatsale in a row. Trevor and Taylor are also original characters from this story I'm writing. They're also twins, like Aidan and Arwen. Their hairstyles really don't fit what they're like, but their colors have some significance for me, given how their story is like.
Here are some more Valentine Tahnees that I bought from the Tahnee Orphanage. By this time, I just became creative with color combinations. I also settled on my favorite skin color, which I believe is called peach puff. Garnet is just a name I like to use (yeah, what a surprise, huh?). Topher, Jade, and Zander are all characters in the same story that has Arwen and Aidan. Their roles are more secondary. It's sure much easier to buy stuff from the Tahnee Orphanage once I subscribed to that thread and checked my subscribed threads more often :). These Tahnees leprechauns are to celebrate the 2006 St. Patrick's Day. And they languished in my uploads folder for over a year before they finally got posted here. Gosh. This part of the site... let alone this site itself... is now a number of years old. Here's the tragedy about these little guys. I got them from the Tahnee Orphanage egg hunt, which as I recall was a pretty exciting event, kind of like the Halloween event. I got these three eggs, got them named, and they hatched into Tahnees. I distinctly remember saving them to a flash drive. And then... that flash drive died, and they were no longer on the Tahnee thread's linked Tahnees. So I believe these pretty little Tahnees are now lost forever *sniff*. This is probably to comfort myself over my lost Easter Tahnees. These were also the last Tahnees that I have purchased from the Tahnee Orphanage for a while, because I went on an extended Gaia leave. I always meant to go on a Gaia leave, but never really went through it until I started playing World of Warcraft. The details of these Tahnees are oh-so-fuzzy to me now. Can't even remember if there was a thread event. |

Aren't these little guys adorable? They're called bloblets, and they were made by Reavyan. They also come in a variety of combinations. I'd go buy all possible combos if I had enough gold ^^; Reavyan's store is one of my favorites ^^ After I...ah, bought all the bloblet combinations I could think of, I discovered that Reavyan also offers kaos clutching bloblets. Naturally, I had to have them in every conceivable (well, okay, for me) color combination. Reavyan made this on her birthday! <3 I think I'm getting addicted to making special requests >.< These bloblets in jars were also made by Reavyan. She usually makes them for donators and tippers. When I found that she makes bloblets in jars (squee!), I went ahead and just bought them from her ^_~ The black blob, the white blob, and the kitty blob (cats! :gonk: <3) are kinda special because she gave them to me for free (as a thank you for tips <3) and she doesn't have those types of bloblets for options in her bloblets store :D |

These jars were made by cocolee77213. It was quite a wait to get them. After I got the first row of cute jars, I found that she has another jar with a creature I don't have o.o. Worse, she went on leave! o.o So I stalked her shop for a while until she finally re-opened, and I ordered the second row of jars that you see here ^^ The first three were her new creations, while the next three were jar babies that I had in mind and requested ^^. The rest of the jars were in my third order. They were all creatures that I had in mind and requested. It took a very, very long time to get them, even though my gold was taken right away. Even though I love her shop, I don't think I'll be going back there because I don't agree with how she collects the gold immediately and then take months to fill the orders. |
